개인정보 처리방침
FastTam (단식타임, 이하 "본 앱")은 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 다음과 같이 데이터를 처리합니다. 본 앱에는 회원가입이나 로그인이 없으며, 개발자가 운영하는 별도의 서버는 존재하지 않습니다.
- 단식·식사·체중 등 기록은 기기에 저장되고, 원하시면 사용자 본인의 iCloud 계정으로만 동기화됩니다. 개발자는 이 데이터에 접근할 수 없습니다.
- 광고와 앱 개선을 위해 Google AdMob·Firebase가 기기 식별자와 앱 사용 이벤트를 수집합니다.
- 기록한 체중·식사 내용 자체는 분석 도구로 전송되지 않습니다.
- EEA·영국 등에서는 광고 동의를 먼저 여쭤보며, 앱 설정에서 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다.
1. 앱이 저장하는 정보
사용자가 입력한 단식 기록, 식사 기록, 체중, 일일 기록, 온보딩에서 입력한 프로필(키, 목표 체중, 목표, 식습관, 알림 설정 등)은 기기 내부에 저장됩니다. 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 계정 정보는 수집하지 않습니다.
2. iCloud 동기화
본 앱은 Apple의 CloudKit을 사용해 위 기록을 사용자 본인의 iCloud 개인 데이터베이스에 동기화합니다. 같은 Apple ID를 쓰는 기기 사이에서 기록을 이어서 볼 수 있게 하기 위한 것이며, 이 데이터는 Apple이 사용자 계정 안에 보관합니다. 개발자는 해당 데이터에 접근할 수 없고, 개발자 서버로 전송되지도 않습니다.
동기화를 원하지 않으시면 iOS 설정 → [사용자 이름] → iCloud → iCloud Drive/앱 목록에서 본 앱의 iCloud 사용을 끄실 수 있습니다. 현재 동기화 상태는 앱의 설정 → "iCloud 동기화"에서 확인할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 Apple 개인정보 처리방침을 참고하세요.
3. 제3자 서비스가 수집하는 정보
본 앱은 다음 제3자 서비스를 사용하며, 각 서비스는 자체 처리방침에 따라 데이터를 수집합니다.

사용 통계 이벤트에는 "체중을 기록했다", "단식을 시작했다"와 같은 행동 사실만 담기며, 기록한 체중 값이나 식사 내용은 포함되지 않습니다.
4. 광고 및 추적 동의
본 앱은 무료로 제공되며 광고를 표시합니다. 광고와 관련해 다음 두 단계의 동의를 여쭤봅니다.
- 광고 동의(EEA·영국 등) — Google의 User Messaging Platform 동의 양식을 통해 광고 목적의 데이터 처리에 동의하실지 먼저 여쭤봅니다. 동의하지 않으셔도 앱은 정상적으로 사용할 수 있으며, 맞춤 광고가 표시되지 않습니다. 동의 내용은 앱의 설정 → "광고 개인정보" → "광고 동의 관리"에서 언제든 다시 선택하거나 철회할 수 있습니다.
- 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) — iOS의 추적 허용 요청을 통해 광고 식별자(IDFA) 사용 여부를 여쭤봅니다. 허용하지 않으시면 IDFA는 사용되지 않습니다. iOS 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적에서 언제든 변경할 수 있습니다.
위 선택에 따라 Firebase의 광고 관련 데이터 처리(ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization)도 함께 조정됩니다. 앱 사용 통계(analytics_storage)는 광고 목적이 아닌 앱 개선 목적으로 처리됩니다.
5. 데이터 공유
본 앱은 사용자의 기록(단식·식사·체중·프로필)을 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 위 3항의 제3자 서비스가 수집하는 항목은 광고·통계·오류 분석 목적에 한정됩니다.
6. 인앱 구매
본 앱은 광고를 제거하는 일회성 인앱 구매를 제공합니다. 결제는 전적으로 Apple의 App Store를 통해 처리되며, 본 앱은 카드번호 등 결제 수단 정보를 수집하거나 열람하지 않습니다. 구매·복원이 이루어졌다는 사실과 상품·금액 정보는 매출 분석 목적으로 Firebase Analytics에 기록됩니다.
7. 알림
단식 시작·종료 및 코치 알림은 모두 기기 내에서 예약되는 로컬 알림입니다. 푸시 토큰을 발급하거나 외부 서버로 알림을 보내지 않습니다.
8. 데이터 내보내기
앱의 설정 → "데이터 내보내기"에서 프로필과 단식·식사·일일 기록 전체를 JSON 파일로 저장할 수 있습니다. 이 파일은 사용자가 직접 선택한 앱이나 저장 위치로 전달되며, 전달 이후의 처리는 해당 서비스의 정책을 따릅니다.
9. 데이터 보관 및 삭제
- 기기에 저장된 데이터는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 제거됩니다.
- 앱의 설정 → "모든 기록 초기화"로 언제든 전체 기록을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- iCloud에 동기화된 데이터는 위 초기화 시 함께 삭제되며, iOS 설정 → [사용자 이름] → iCloud → 저장 공간 관리에서도 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 제3자 서비스가 수집한 데이터의 보관 기간은 각 서비스의 정책을 따릅니다.
10. 이용자의 권리
본 앱은 계정을 만들지 않으므로 개발자가 특정 이용자의 데이터를 식별해 보유하지 않습니다. 열람·정정·이동은 앱 내 기록 화면과 8항의 내보내기 기능으로, 삭제는 9항의 초기화 기능으로 직접 수행하실 수 있습니다. 광고 동의의 철회는 4항의 방법을 따릅니다. 그 밖의 문의는 아래 연락처로 보내주시면 확인해 드립니다.
11. 어린이 개인정보
본 앱은 어린이를 대상으로 하지 않으며, 어린이의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 대한민국에서는 만 14세 미만, EEA에서는 만 16세 미만(회원국에 따라 13~16세), 그 밖의 지역에서는 만 13세 미만 이용자의 데이터가 수집된 사실을 알게 된 경우 즉시 삭제합니다.
12. 변경 사항
본 처리방침은 필요에 따라 업데이트될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지에 고지하고 상단의 최종 업데이트 날짜를 갱신합니다.

Privacy Policy
FastTam ("the App") respects your privacy. This document explains how data is handled. The App has no account or sign-in, and the developer operates no server of their own.
- Your fasting, meal, and weight records are stored on your device and, optionally, synced to your own iCloud account. The developer cannot access them.
- Google AdMob and Firebase collect device identifiers and app usage events for advertising and app improvement.
- The values you log — your weight, your meals — are never sent to analytics.
- In the EEA, the UK, and similar regions you are asked for ad consent first, and you can withdraw it any time in the App's settings.
1. Information Stored by the App
Fasting records, meal logs, weight entries, daily logs, and the profile you enter during onboarding (height, target weight, goal, eating habits, notification preferences) are stored on your device. No name, email address, or phone number is collected.
2. iCloud Sync
The App uses Apple's CloudKit to sync the records above to your own private iCloud database, so your history follows you across devices signed in to the same Apple ID. Apple stores this data within your account. The developer cannot access it, and it is never sent to a developer-run server.
To turn sync off, go to iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud and disable iCloud for the App. The current sync status is shown in the App under Settings → "iCloud Sync". See Apple's Privacy Policy for details.

Usage events record only that an action occurred — "a weight was logged", "a fast was started". The logged weight value and meal contents are not included.
4. Advertising and Tracking Consent
The App is free and supported by ads. Two consent steps apply:
- Ad consent (EEA, UK, and similar regions) — Google's User Messaging Platform form asks whether you consent to data processing for advertising purposes. You can decline and still use the App fully; you will simply not see personalized ads. You may review or withdraw your choice at any time under Settings → "Ad Privacy" → "Manage ad consent".
- App Tracking Transparency (ATT) — iOS asks whether the App may track you. If you decline, your advertising identifier (IDFA) is not used. You can change this any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
These choices also set Firebase's advertising-related consent signals (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization). Product analytics (analytics_storage) is processed for app improvement rather than advertising.
5. Data Sharing
The App does not sell or hand over your records (fasting, meals, weight, profile) to any third party. The data listed in section 3 is collected by those services solely for advertising, analytics, and crash diagnostics.
6. In-App Purchases
The App offers a one-time purchase that removes ads. Payment is handled entirely by Apple's App Store; the App never collects or sees your payment details. The fact that a purchase or restore occurred, along with the product and price, is recorded in Firebase Analytics for revenue analysis.
7. Notifications
Fast start, fast end, and coaching notifications are local notifications scheduled on your device. No push token is issued and no notification is sent from an external server.
8. Data Export
Under Settings → "Export Data" you can save your profile and all fasting, meal, and daily records as a JSON file. The file goes wherever you choose to send it, and its handling from that point is governed by the receiving service's policy.
9. Data Retention & Deletion
- Data stored on your device is removed when you delete the App.
- Settings → "Reset all records" deletes your entire history at any time.
- Data synced to iCloud is deleted along with it, and can also be removed via iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage.
- Data collected by third-party services is retained according to each service's own policy.
10. Your Rights
Because the App has no accounts, the developer holds no data identifiable to you. You can access and port your data through the App's history screens and the export feature (section 8), and erase it through the reset feature (section 9). Ad consent can be withdrawn as described in section 4. For anything else, contact us at the address below.
11. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that data has been collected from a user under 14 (South Korea), under 16 (EEA; 13–16 depending on member state), or under 13 elsewhere, we delete it promptly.
12. Changes
This policy may be updated. Changes will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date above will be revised.
